Dr. Yan Kalika,
Founder, Orthodontist

Yan Kalika, DMD, MS is a certified specialist in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontics, the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontics and the San Francisco Dental Society. Dr. Kalika graduated with honors and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California at Berkeley in 1993, majoring in chemistry. While at Berkeley, he was in the Students Honor Society and Golden Key Honor Society. He received his dental degree from Harvard School of Dental Medicine in 1998. In addition, he completed a fellowship in Washington D.C. in the field of dental health policy. While at Harvard, Dr. Kalika served as president of the American Student Dental Association where he received a national award of excellence. He was a lecturer at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine and Harvard School of Public Health. He received honors in all clinical disciplines at Harvard School of Dental Medicine, the Soma Weiss Research Scholarship and an International Research Fellowship from Harvard Medical School. Dr. Kalika completed his orthodontic training at the University of California at San Francisco where he received a specialty certificate in orthodontics and facial orthopedics and a master’s degree in oral biology. He is committed to providing quality orthodontic treatment while exceeding patients and parents’ expectations.

Dr. Craig Spodak

Excellence in the practice of Dental Medicine is a proud tradition in the Spodak family. Dr. Craig Spodak is a third generation dentist who earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the acclaimed Tufts University, graduating with highest honors. He joined his father, Dr. Myles Spodak, in his practice in Delray Beach, Fla. in 1998 with a dream to change the way patients experience dental care. He inherited the practice in 2006 and immediately began to develop a new vision for the modern dental practice with a goal to deliver comprehensive dental care from a team of general and specialty dentists in one convenient, 13,000 square foot, state-of-the-art, LEED Gold Certified facility.

His dream was to change the way patients experience dental care and worked tirelessly to reinvent the patient perception of just how great a dental appointment could be. All phases of dentistry are performed from a team of nine dentists in 18 operatories and surgical suites, in addition to having an on-site lab with lab technicians and master ceramists who provide same-day dentistry. He also places a strong importance on living out the company’s core values, which enables the team to provide patients with the highest caliber of comprehensive dental care while consistently exceeding expectations.

Dr. Craig is a pioneer for eradicating childhood tooth decay and founded the All-Star Smiles Foundation with Yankees’ All-Star fielder, Giancarlo Stanton, in 2016.

He is also committed to helping other dentists uncover costly fees they’re paying for their 401(k) plans and was recently featured in Tony Robbins’ new book, Unshakeable: Your Financial Freedom Playbook. As the brand ambassador, he is introducing the world to a next generation 401(k) plan.

Dr. Craig has also committed himself to expanding his own professional skills and has garnered various advanced credentials, including becoming a Platinum Plus Provider of Invisalign®. He also lectures nationally about the benefits of this teeth-straightening method.

Dr. Peter Boulden

Dr. Peter Boulden has been practicing dentistry for over 15 years and has built a very successful, FFS,3-location enterprise in Atlanta, GA where he was raised his entire life.

He is also the owner of a practice in Northern Georgia which he acquired but does not do clinical dentistry there. It has seen tremendous growth by using the systems and marketing practices created from his flagship practices in Atlanta – even though it’s an insurance driven practice. Dr. Boulden is passionate about both clinical dentistry & the business of dentistry; creating systems and processes, developing marketing programs that WORK, and building an office culture that focuses on the patient’s dental experience. He loves talking about goal setting & work/life balance and sharing these tips and strategies with other dentists. He co-hosts the Bulletproof Dental Practice podcast with Dr. Craig Spodak, together they discuss these topics along with many others pertaining to working within the dental industry. He is married with 3 young kids.

Dr. Albert (Ace) Goerig

Dr. Ace Goerig graduated from Case Western Reserve University Dental School in 1971 and was their distinguished alumnus in 2014. After graduating he entered the Army and retired a colonel in 1991. He is a diplomat of the American Board of endodontists and has been in private practice for 27 years in Olympia, Washington. He has presented at every major national dental meeting and founded Endo Mastery, a coaching program for endodontists in 1996. In 2004 Dr. Goerig co-authored a book with Kendrick Mercer entitled “Time and Money, Your Guide to Economic Freedom” to teach doctors and team members the secrets of becoming personally and financially free. He has 2 free web sites to help dentists and their teams to become financially free. (DoctorAce.com and DebtFreeDentist.com). He and his wife, Nancy have 5 children and 13 grandchildren and were married in 1969.

Dr. Mark Costes

Dr. Mark Costes is far from a typical dentist and dental coach.
